The most perishable subject, made permanent.

Food gathers the objects we consume without ever looking at them — a sausage, an ear of corn, a slice of bread — and holds each one still at a scale that makes consumption impossible. Rendered in polished metal, the most perishable subject in art becomes the most permanent object in the room. The joke is real, and so is the craft.

Before the public presentation

Collectors on this list see the collection first, with the full dossier of each work — materials, dimensions, edition size and the making — and have the first opportunity to reserve a number. We write once, when the collection is ready.
